Student email accounts remain active for 1 year following graduation. A 30-day notice is sent in advance of deletion. Students actively using their email may request continued usage. Employees' email accounts remain active until the following May after termination. A 30-day notice is sent in advance of deletion. Retirees may opt to retain email, but will need to respond to the 30-day notice with their wishes.
