Is there a special formatting in citing information from an S-1 document?

Answer

Citing forms on the SEC's website in APA format will be fairly similar to citing information from any website.

In a LibGuide from Brenau University, beneath the heading called Citing Coporate Annual Reports there are examples provided for citing corporate reports retrieved from different sources. Look at the example where information is retrieved from someone else's website, in this case, www.sec.gov.

Brenau University's example:

The Coca-Cola Company. (2009). Unites States Securities and Exchange Commission form 10-K. Retrieved from  Securities and Exchange Commission website: https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/21344/000104746910001476/a2195739z10-k.htm

As always, be sure to check with your instructor to be sure this is the method they prefer.
