I can't get to any electronic items that the library has. What do I need to do?
To use the library systems or to log on to our internet, please use your Network password/information. You could try changing each of your passwords individually (again) on MyGate, or consolidate them with one password. If you did not consolidate your passwords, you need to use your Network password to access the libraries' electronic holdings. If this does not work, you will need to contact the MSU Help Desk at (270) 809-2346. There are no generic logins for the computers in the library or to access library databases or information. Our generic information will only direct you to MyGate to try the above steps for password changes.
